No. All of our Amtico One fitters are Amtico trained/ accredited installers. If you fit your own Amtico your warranty can be voided if it isn’t fitted correctly.
All of Amtico One’s ranges are 2.5mm. this allows you to use the different ranges in different rooms without the need for door plates. Smooth transitions from room to room look great.
The Signature range has a 1mm wear layer which gives you a lifetime warranty in a domestic location. If you sell your home the warranty is transferable to the next and all subsequent owners, with a limit of 35 years from installation.
The entry level product- Spacia has a 0.5mm wear layer, giving you a 25 year warranty.

Yes. Amtico One is water and stain resistant, warm underfoot, and is easy to clean and maintain. This makes it an excellent for both bathrooms. Amtico One has a slip resistant surface.
Yes. We survey every Amtico One job before quoting. We would assess the condition of the ceramic tiles and usually it is a case of us laying a latex smoothing compound before Amtico One is fitted.
Yes. We survey every Amtico One job before quoting. We would assess the type of underfloor heating system being installed to then determine what type of sub-floor remedial work is required before the Amtico One can be installed.
Yes. There are some beautiful stair noseings on the market which now allow us to install Amtico One onto stairs.

Yes. depending on the extent of the damage to a piece of Amtico One, there are maintainance products available which will do the job or we can call back to replace an individual piece for a small charge.

Yes, always. Any flooring should be fitted last- after a kitchen is fitted and prior to decorators finishing.
If you fit your Amtico One flooring before the kitchen is fitted you run the risk of wasting money as the flooring under units wasn’t required. The Amtico One flooring could easily be damaged by the kitchen fitters. Also the Amtico One would be impossible to uplift if fitted under the kitchen.
We offer a free measuring service to give a no obligation quotation. As part of this free service we don’t hand out the measurements. We highly recommend for you to have your room professionally measured before any Amtico One is ordered/ installed.
